Meet the founder: Julie Bui
Founder | Global Program Leader | Digital Transformation Strategist
Julie Bui is a dynamic and multilingual executive with over two decades of international experience leading complex, high-impact programs across the public and private sectors. With a career spanning Canada, France, Australia, and Asia, Julie is recognized for her ability to translate strategic vision into operational excellence.
She has successfully led global ERP-CRM implementations—across four continents, managing cross-functional teams and multimillion-dollar budgets. Her leadership was instrumental in establishing three strategic units within the BC Public Service, including the Provincial Supply Chain Coordination Unit, which ensured continuity of critical services during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Julie’s expertise in procurement and financial stewardship is backed by her oversight of contracts exceeding $1 billion and initiative budgets up to $25 million. She is a trusted advisor in vendor management, risk mitigation, and enterprise-wide transformation.
A people-first leader, Julie has supported diverse teams across time zones, blending technical rigor with emotional intelligence. She holds an MBA in IT Management from Université Laval. Her certifications include PROSCI Change Practitioner and “Dare to Lead” training, underscoring her commitment to adaptive leadership and continuous learning.
